Many organizations work hard to make a difference to the world. I strongly believe that the organizations working against animal cruelty have it especially hard because they are protecting the species that cannot fight back, cannot speak back and cannot yell for help. They have to be on constant watch for any signs of cruelty because the animals cannot simply call them and tell them they need help. Also, many humans do not believe that animals deserve the same rights as humans. These are the people who possibly perform these cruel acts and/or are a big struggle for the organizations to handle. To answer my essential question, "what are associations doing to help stop cruelty to animals?", associations are using their legal power to enforce laws against animal cruelty. Every day, more and more states are adding laws to their towns that force police to stop any signs of cruelty and to imprison any felon that breaks these laws. They are also using the technology that is being created in the medical fields to help the injured animals survive. Associations have animal patrol officers answering any calls about harmed animals in different parts of cities and states. Different associations are working hard to achieve one goal- To finally put a stop to the cruelty of animals.

The Official sites of the biggest sites such as the ASPCA and the Humane Society are down below.
