There is more than one way to torture an animal. One way is by the skinning of animals for their fur.
Here is a video by Stella Mccartney, who is part of the PETA (people for the ethical treatment of animals) organization. Video is strong and graphic!
As you can see, animals all over the world are being tortured by electrocution. This madness has been going on for years, however, each year they come up with different and crueler ways to harm animals.
Essential Question: After seeing this, do you still think wearing fur for fashion is worth this kind of cruelty?
First off I have never seen the type of treatment the animals had to endure. I knew that it couldnt be pleasant but it really makes you wonder when actually seeing how horrible the treatment is. I don't think it is worth hurting animals just to wear a jacket that looks nice on. It is completely inhumane.
